Goal: Equip young people with skills, opportunities, and incentives to grow within Castries North.
Key Focus Areas:
- Skills training, internships, and small business support.
- Performance-based programs and scholarships with local and international partners.
- Encouraging youth to stay and contribute to their own communities.
Actions:
Provide micro-grants and mentorship for youth-led small enterprises.
Establish vocational, digital, and entrepreneurship training hubs.
Offer merit-based scholarships and internships in partnership with foreign universities and local businesses.
